I purchased an xl tshirt, was sent an xxl so I returned that (at my expense) intending to reorder in my size again but they have refused to refund me saying that the tshirt is damaged which I highly doubt as I sent it via insured recorded delivery and now they won’t respond to my emails or provide any evidence of this damage. So they have effectively just stolen the money for the tshirt from me.
